Next up is Kianel, here is what she has to say......

Hello all,
My name is Kianel and i am almost 40. I am living in France now, in a town called Orléans and famous for Joan of Arc (where she was born), situated in the Loire valley where you can find many beautiful castles and famous wines!  I started scrapping in 2008 and I am more of a cardmaker. I can scrap and make LO's too but just loooove to make cards and different boxes! My style is shabby / vintage I guess.  I am part of different DT and work for the Magnolia ink magazine and I am now very proud to join the terrific Cheery Lynn Designs DT!!!
Voilà,This is going to be so much fun!!! And I beg you to forgive my coming mistakes in English...
Love from France, Kianel.

Next up is Irit Shalom, here is what she has to say.....

My name is  IRIT and I am from sunny ISRAEL. In my "real life" I am a dentist, but for the last 4 years I do it as a part time job, because I need some extra time  for my scrapping and crafting addiction and I  have a lot of fun doing something else after 25 years of dentistry. I have been married for 28 years to a retired high police officer, who is the full time family cook these days.  I am a mom to 4 grown ups: 2 sons and twin daughters. The empty nest is probably the main reason for my obsession for crafting - finally I have some time for myself.  My oldest son is an  army officer, married and will be a dad in about 8 weeks. The second one is " a world traveler" - for the last 4 years after his army service he is out of Israel for at least 9 months a year- lives and works in Spain. My twins are in their second year of college and my  major scrapbooking inspiration.   I need to say that I have been totally addicted to crafting since I was a little girl. For many years it was a  polymer clay and jewelry making, but after I saw a scrapbook layout for the first time in my life (only 5 years ago during my visit to USA), I  finally understood  that I am in love with paper. Today I mostly scrap and do altered art and less card making.   I have been a  design team member in about 9-10 challenge blogs and was a guest designer on lots of others  during the last year, but now I decided to do some real design work and don't take any challenge blogs DT  spots anymore.  Right now I  am a permanent designer  for UK chipboard company named Tando creative, for an Australian shop named Scrap with V and a staff member on SNR web magazine. I was published in print in Israel several times and was published in every possible web magazine during the last year. Last, but not least- my other addiction is..... folk dancing. So if I am not in my crafting room- I am probably dancing.  I am totally thrilled to be a part of this great DT here and hope to do my best.

New Stacker's Pricing

6:58 PM 0 Comments
Due to the overwhelming demand of our Stackers Nesting dies and Little Stackers Dies we have had to outsource part of our production needs solely for this product. The benefit is that we will not run out of products and delay your order. By blending cost differences between our own manufacturing costs and those of our foreign manufacturing partner, we are happy to pass on the cost differences to our customers by reducing prices. We have seen a great deal of growth in our company over the last year. Much of this was with the help of over twenty new employees that would otherwise be looking for jobs today. We will continue to hire Americans while still looking for ways to provide you with quality products and innovative designs for your enjoyment.

Large Stackers Nesting dies are now $27.95-$29.95, Little Stackers Dies are now $15.95-$17.95.

Next up is Jeannie DeGruccio, here is what she has to say...............

"I am so excited to be part of Cheery Lynn Designs. I am looking forward to creating some fun things to inspire!  Who am I?  Well, I am Jeannie, I am a mom of 7 kids, ranging from 19 down to 3 years.  Yes they are all mine...same mom, same dad.  22 years of marriage and we are still working together, making it up as we go along.  With as many kids as I have, crafting has become a form of therapy for me.  I have to say, I enjoy all crafts, but paper is my passion.  Cards, scrapping, home decor?  If it can be done with paper, I am up for the challenge.  I love it all.  If I had to describe my style, I would say that I am a whimsical paper artist. I have been a fan of Mary Engelbreit since before she was born.  Well not really but, I have loved her FOREVER.  My hope is to inspire people to find their own style.  Everyone has one, they just have to tap into it.  “I CAN’T” should never be in anyone's vocabulary when it comes to creating.  I hope you enjoy the projects I will create and share."

Meet our Team

First up is Beth Moore, this is what she has to say about herself......

Diet Pepsi provides me with late night superpowers so that I can succumb to my paper crafting addiction after a day spent as a partner, mom, grandmother and slave to my menagerie of animals. At my house, where even the dogs get cat hair on them, animal fur is a condiment and everyone is subject to starring in my scrapbook layouts, I look forward to retreating to my craft room at the end of the day to spend time re-fueling my soul by creating with pretty papers and glue and die cuts too of course! I can't begin to express how thrilled I am to be part of such an exciting and diverse team at Cheery Lynn Designs and feel so honored to have a chance to help inspire you to create beautiful cards and paper projects with the fabulous dies available at Cheery Lynn Designs!

Welcome to the team, Beth.

Stackers Dies

8:38 PM 1 Comments

For this card, I sized the image to fit my French Flare die, then printed it onto Cryogen paper with my inkjet printer.  I computer generated the saying and used my  Little Stackers French Flair to cut it out.  I added lots of Stickles to the card, on the DP, on the center of each pattern, all the way around each of the die cuts and in the center of the star.  Finished size is 6: square.
